A career built across markets, institutions and communities.
Ony Ghonda Mangalibi’s early professional years developed around real estate, investment and project execution in Maryland. Beginning with property investment and moving into residential brokerage and development management, that period created a practical foundation in negotiation, construction coordination, budgets, contracts and the economics of ownership.
In 2014, an internship with Zendai Group in Shanghai added an international dimension, including exposure to investment, asset acquisition, real estate development and cultural institutions. In 2015, that cross-border perspective expanded into international food trade through Kisantu Foods, LLC, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, logistics, quality control, supplier relations and commercial operations.
From 2017, the trajectory broadened again through parallel vice-presidential leadership roles at the Fondation Antoine Ghonda and A.A.C.P.J. ASBL in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Those responsibilities connected private-sector experience with institution-building, youth and community initiatives, organizational development and long-term public impact.
Since 2025, he has served as Chargé d’Études within the Cabinet of the Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence in charge of Veterans Affairs, providing technical, analytical and strategic support in the treatment of Cabinet dossiers, programs and institutional priorities.
